Premier Tourist Home Chalakudy

As a solo lady traveler, I had a wonderful and safe experience at Premier Tourist Home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was courteous and respectful, which made me feel completely at ease. The location is excellent -- right in the heart of Chalakudy, close to many restaurants and shops. A big bonus for me was that I was traveling in an EV (electric vehicle), and there's a charging station very close by, which made my journey hassle-free. There's also ample car parking, and it's a great place to stay if you're planning a visit to Athirapilly waterfalls or other nearby attractions. I highly recommend Premier Tourist Home to all travelers, especially women looking for a safe, clean, and conveniently located stay.

This is Faisal. As I check in, I was devastated because of hotel service. Absolutely disgusting. Well there is no proper washroom with no mirrors, no hot water heater no other hotel facilities. I request u all no to check in what so ever. No proper room facilities. They even taking unfair amount despite bad service

For the price charged, I expected far better quality and service. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their facilities and cleanliness.

Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staffs in the reception area very friendly and are flexible for requests. Great value for the low cost paid. Premier Tourist Home will always be my lodging preference being a solo traveler in Chalakudy.

I stayed there with my family for a night only, but the quality of service, staff response, with excellent service from their staffs, right from the reception desk to house keeping. cleanliness all were amazingly good. I did not have high expectations when booking this place, so was pleasantly surprised with the high service levels maintained. Also The waterfall and water and amusement is not too far away from the resort. Truly appreciated. We had stayed nearby resorts but this kind of hospitality didn't feel anywhere. Highly suggested

This was my wives matrimonial home. On 1996 September 5th I got married. 2 days prior we went there and were for a week. After my marriage my wife stepped into this place as her matrimonial . In this way my wife should get a share from the property Every time when I travel from there I use to out and say this is your matrimonial Still 28 years going good Planning again to spend a week

First time when I went to the hotel, I checked the cost of the room with the reception and they told me 1000 then I paid the money and also showed the screenshot of my payment. Next day at 7 in the morning the reception employee came and said 500 more for the room. It's 1500 rupees and you were using very bad language for my 1000 rupees.The language used by that employee was very bad. That employee again got him to talk to his boss. My conversation with the owner lasted for 30 to 40 minutes.he wasn't listening to anything they ruined my morning.He didn't listen to me till the endlater i gave him RS 500 A very bad experience with hotel staff is very rude behaviour
