OYO 33481 Apsara

Worst experience ever. The reception guys kept us waiting, forcing us to pay more than the oyo price. If you don't know Malayalam, then God help you. Even municipal school students speak better English than these guys. They completely ruined my day. Whats more? The in house restaurant serves TERRIBLE food. They have the guts to ask for more money for such a pathetic experience.

If your day is going fantastic and you keep thinking that nothing can go wrong, look no further! Just step in to this hell hole and they would instantly fix this for you. I booked an oyo room and they flat out declined my booking and made us wait over 2 hours at the reception. They kept demanding more money from us and refused a refund of the money. My honest advice: for the love of god, just stay away unless you are actively seeking to screw up your day

The OYO price is not valid upon check-in. The reception guys are very rude and force u to pay extra in order to get the room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The guy sitting during night time at the reception was drunk. Avoid when visiting with family or children. The in house restaurant is very bad. Look for others nearby restaurants for food.

Although hotel was renovated recently facilities are not up to the mark. Especially staff and all taking too much time for preparing food. Parking space is also less. Hav to improve a lot.

There is no proper management. There was no proper water in bathroom.In night Ac has closed automatically. Also there was no food available which was mentioned in menu only 2 or 3 items was available...even after order also food quality was not good.

the prepaid oyo price is not valid on check-in. The receptionist talks like he is the police officer of the area. He rejects guests on check-in citing the low tariff of Oyo. These guys have no ethics. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Especially if you are going with your family.

Unhygienic. The in house restaurant serves terrible food. The hotel changes price when you checkin. Very rude people at reception. Don't know how to treat customers.

Very pathetic service! Denied room and was treated disrespectfully. Came in at 23hrs after pre booking the room, on reaching the property they said the room wasn't available and was bluntly rejected by them
