The hotel is of average quality. The accommodations are satisfactory; however, the furnishings in the rooms are outdated and generate excessive noise. The balconies resemble cluttered storage areas. It appears that the hotel's primary focus is on the bar and attached restaurant, which I did not attempt to experience.

Worst experience. Don't book this hotel in oyo or any booking apps. Once the booking is made and payment is non refundable and you travelled long enough to checkin with so many luggage, they will deny checkin by telling that they don't have tie up with those booking apps and they can't refund the amount. But in those booing apps there is a number to call the hotel and once we call their reception is only picking the call, then they r telling their hotel have stopped collaborating with the booking app months ago and now the hotel is full. After sometime they told us that we can book by goibibo if we want rooms. Then after few moments they told in goibibo also its sold out. Then we sat and contacted the booking app customer support and after talking for New we finally managed to let the customer support to talk with the reception and then the reception guy is taking our phone inside their facility and talking secretly. Then he disconnected the call and given us the phone. Then again we connected the booking apps support and they again talked with the property manager and after wasting so much money and time we had to look for other options for the stay. But still in Google maps they didn't changed the hotel name to misguide the people and in so many other booking apps there are rooms available for this property

The service is not good, and the prices are too high and rooms arent that clean and the rate was 2500 per room we were 3 families they took 8500 with extra bed its too high and the food was with the package they didnt provide us even when we asked for it

Excellent hotel with more friendly staff especially the receptionist best in town preserved for all occasions

Highly recommend. Silent place near NH. Good parking facility. Standard food & reasonable rates. Overall satisfied. Only issue, rooms need more lighting facilities.

Very bad room And High price. Never recommend , and the bad smell of old food is also irritating us , and never sleep well because of the very old air condition's noise. . Never recommend. Pls choose other option

We are booking via online but they didn't give the rooms . We are traveling around 300 km and we totally tiered.. it's around 12pm what we do and there excuse we can't acceptable.. why they are remove the oyo add also it's a bad experience in the night we are faces...
