I cant rate the rooms as I am local to here, Visited the Executive Bar, I have been visiting this place for a couple of times in the last month. The constant theme is, Ambiance - 1 Star Service - 1 to may be 2* Service is Abysmal, Today was the last nail, I ordered peanut Masala, With some beer, There were consideable delays between the initial service, and second order of drinks, Then I was served something called Dragon Pork and the waiter was uset with me because I wanted to speak to the manager when it was served instead of the Peanut Masala. When the bill came I noticed that they had billed for 3 food items. 1. Peanut Masala 2. Beef Bangkok 3. Dragon Pork I contested these, and the charges for Peanut Masala and Dragon Pork were reversed and I was informed by the "Captain" that I was served Beef Bangkok. He apologised profusly, However I am quite upset and enraged about this as I do not eat beef consciously ever. Hence this review. I will take my business elsewhere where I can get what I ordered. This is on - 05/10/2024 about 8 PM.

Very good ambience and good food. Welcoming service and comfortable atmosphere . Food was also very good and have adequate quantity. You can try this place if you're in chalakudy to have a drink and eat.

Limited parking.. Bar ambience is good (dark).. Table service done by Philippino girls.. Food was ok. Affordable price.. Located at a good place of chalakudy..

Hotel staffs were nicely behaved with us. Price was reasonable.good experience. No smell of alcohol. And easy to find the location. . A wheelchair accessible entrance Parking space is limited

One of the best bar and restaurant in Chalakudy town. I highly recommend chilli pork. The taste was mind blowing and I ordered it two. The executive bar got a nice ambience. The service was also great. Hotel staffs were nicely behaved with us. Price was reasonable. And really tidy place.

The Apsara Hotel and Bar in Chachalakudy is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is a great place to relax and have a drink, and the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here!
