Best in class! Extremely satisfying customer care - we were very happy with the entire experience. Every single detail was taken care of perfectly. The staff was warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the food was delicious with great variety, and the ambiance of the resort was serene and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway!

We had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The property is stunning and well maintained, with beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. Food was another highlight, delicious. Buffet was wide spread, although we didn't opt for it. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. Memorable moments to cherish!

Had a wonderful stay here.. Wanted a special place to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary and they did have a wonderful time. The view of the waterfalls and the greenery from here is truly mesmerising. This was our second time visiting this place. And no complaints at all. Food ambience stay all excellent.

Our experience was amazing. The hospitality and food was excellent. We stayed in a private villa with pool and had a great time. Great place to go with kids as well. We really enjoyed our stay there. Definitely reccomend to everyone, its worth it!

This resort was one of the best get away from mundane routines. Had a fabulous time with family . Spa and food was exceptional. Manager and Staff were exceptionally hospitable. It was worth every penny. Would highly recommend this vacation spot anytime of the year.

I feel so overwhelmed to share this review. My family had such a wonderful experience at Samroha.. Great Hospitality, room service and cafeteria that covers both South Indian and North Indian...My kids totally enjoyed with various activities and the greenery surrounded by. Beyond that,we could get the perfect view of Athirappilly waterfalls.. A perfect space for rejuvenation with it's total ambience..

Had a wonderful stay at Niraamaya Retreats Samroha Athirappilly. The morning jeep safari and river access were major highlights, offering a unique nature experience. The spa was excellent, and our kids loved the activity room. A slight delay in in-room dining, but Mr. Sajil at the front desk was outstanding--very helpful and professional. A peaceful, well-run retreat.

The peaceful setting and lush greenery make it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. The waterfall trekking in the morning is amazing. The service of front desk manager Mr. Sajil was really appreciable. The overall experience is luxurious and rejuvenating.
