HOTEL SENS Residency

We are staying sens Residency hotel chalakudi.it was a nice experience.good Rooms, excellent service.tasty food overall my experience in sens Residency is good

It is a value for money hotel. We stayed here for a day during our trip to Kerala. The hotel is newly constructed and very clean. Recommended by me, if you want to visit Athirapally waterfall nearby. The service and staff behaviour was also very good.

Good clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Huge place for car parking. Service is quick and nice. Rooms are huge and clean as well. But you will find the occasional bugs and flies that tend to fly in, nothing to complain about. The toilet is clean and spacious. This is a new hotel in a nice place a bit away from the city. But the bus stops right in front of the hotel. And there are good food shops nearby and a couple of grocery shops as well. There are 3 bars on the ground floor. If you don't mind the time taken to get to the city, then it's a good place.

Had a Birthday Dinner here, the restaurant is well arranged. Good ambience. Good food. Felt the service could be better. It took a while for them to prepare and get it served. There were several power outages and there wasn't any emergency lighting in the restaurant. The generator wasn't turning on automatically and the A/C kept turning off.

Not suitable for family. Such a worst experience ever.. we have stayed there for one day. No one was there in reception. Even if its a new property, rooms were not neat and clean, there is lack of maintenance. There were flies & lizards inside the room. We have faced power failure for more than 5 times, ac was not working that time. And food was so pathetic. Breakfast was included in our package & we reached restaurant after 9.30 am. Still we had to wait for the breakfast & the menu(dosa, sambar & omlet) was also not worth as per the amount we have paid. Guests were not treated well. No proper mangement.

We just book here for my cousin marriage function and yeah it was quite good over there not only for drinks but if anyone plans for a booking halls for party you guys can check it out

Great experience.. Superb food and from reception staffs to top management adorable hospilatily, It was quite convenient for our shoot . Very supportive staffs .They were always checking whether we are comfortable or not Grateful towards Mr. Naveen ,Mr Robin and whole team SENS.
