Athirappilly Residency

The staff were really accommodating. We were a group of 17-20 and we stayed there for 3-4 days. They sure have room for improvement. But for the price and location, I think it was decent. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family. We used the restaurant downstairs and it was not disappointing. The staff throughout our staff were really friendly and helped us with all the requests.

The room ambience was good, but I was totally disappointed with a few major issues. There was no hot water supply in the bathroom, and although there was a fridge in the room, it was not in working condition. I reported both issues to the reception, but there was no response or resolution. Additionally, the AC kept turning off due to frequent power failures, and it did not restart automatically--I had to switch it on manually each time. Overall, the stay was not up to expectations due to poor maintenance and lack of proper service.

Room ambience, facilities and also liked everything. Thank you a lot. They were very helpful with local tips and directions, which made exploring the area much easier. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was well maintained I also enjoyed the delicious meals offered at the restaurant, which had a great variety of options and excellent flavors. I highly recommend Athirappilly Residency to anyone visiting the area. It's a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the region!

Receptionist lady staff is very courteous Other staffs are friendly. Located in a calm area. Room was good. Overall nice deal. Ample parking space.

It was nice time staying at Athirappilly Residency. Room were neat and clean. Wash room is large in size. Staffs are really kind and understanding. Breakfast was served inside the room as it is included in the booking. Food is delicious, felt authentic south indian breakfast made my morning. Stay is totally worth.
