I recently stayed at here, and overall, it was a great experience. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Service: The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation

The reviews definitely didn't align with our room. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, someone's was still in the toilet, used soaps and bedsheets were full of stains and hairs (which were replaced on request). Staff was helpful though. Bed was comfortable.

We had a great time spending here. The Room is spacious and worth being here. Hospitality is top notch. Highly recommended and near to all the tourist spots.

The rooms were nice and the service was good as well. It's just a few mins drive away from the falls. Overall, it was a great stay.

No AC (despite an AC surcharge), no WiFi or hot water, no drinking water. For 1800 rupees (after a haggle from a ridiculous 2600), I secured an air-conditioned room at this dreary pit stop in Athirappilly. The air conditioning, it seems, had little interest in seeing things through. It conked out after an hour, its immediate surrender blamed on "the rain" - a condition so insubstantial it could barely justify the humidity that followed. The hotel is a perfect mirror of the town itself: listless, weathered, resigned. The staff, as accommodating as a stone wall, offered the now-standard refrain: "We can't help." At 530pm I suggested I was happy to go to another hotel but was assured the AC would be on by 830pm. It never did turn on. Awake all night desperate for morning so I could leave this shambles. If you find yourself in Athirappilly, take a glimpse of the waterfall. But don't tarry here. The food options are dull, and the hospitality is woeful. Keep driving--there's nothing here.
