Softouch Ayurveda Village & Resort Kerala

I had one week only and did alot of research before going to Kerala. I could not be happier with my decision to go to Softouch. Every aspect of my retreat was excellent: the treatments, meals, atmosphere, personal care and environment. With only 12 rooms, or is small enough to be intimate and personal, yet large enough to have all the treatment offerings. I highly recommend this experience.

What I liked most about my stay was the home like atmosphere. This is a small family run business and they go out of their way to make you feel like you're part of the family. All the staff was courteous, and very willing to meet your needs. Doctors were informative and your treatment was customized for you. All in all, a rejuvenating experience.

Soft Touch Ayurvedic Village has become one of my favourite places for healing and peace of mind. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a family. The owners, Preethy and Davis, along with their son Karan, have created such a beautiful and welcoming environment. Their warm smiles and genuine care ensure that every guest feels truly at home. The whole property is completely immersed in nature. I had seen some pictures on Google and had certain expectations but trust me, it's so much more than that. It's truly different from the pictures, in the best way. As someone who loves nature, I can say this place is perfect. The atmosphere and the structure of the entire property were just amazing. The rooms felt like a little peaceful corner just for me, simple, clean, and cozy in the best way. Waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air all around made me feel calm and connected to nature. There's something truly special about the atmosphere here it's quiet, green, and full of life. The food was another beautiful part of the experience. Every meal was light, fresh, and made with so much love. I didn't just eat ,I felt nourished. The best part of my stay was definitely the treatment. Dr. Jugunu, who looked after me, is so kind and knowledgeable. From the first moment, she made me feel completely comfortable. She really takes the time to listen, explains everything in such a simple, clear way, and makes sure every treatment is just right for you-your body, your energy, your state of mind. I didn't come here with any medical issues ,it was more about giving my mind a break, and honestly, it worked wonders. I left feeling so refreshed and grounded. Dr. Anjana is also part of the amazing team, The therapists were amazing too. I felt super comfortable around them, like I could just be myself without any stress or pressure. Every session left me feeling so relaxed. It didn't feel like a service at all ,it felt like I was being taken care of by people who truly wanted me to feel better, inside and out. There were so many others in the team who truly touched my heart. Everyone I met was so kind and genuine. And yes, I absolutely loved my short vacation here. It gave me the peaceful break I truly needed, and when I left, I felt completely renewed both in body and mind. I'm so grateful for everything. It's an experience I'll always cherish. I know for sure I'll be coming back, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team!

I have just departed from my 4.5 days at Softouch in Kerala. I can say I'm a very different person now to when I arrived. I am 34 years old from Australia and generally fit and healthy, I went for some relaxation and rejuvenation, which was much needed due to a stressful job. The massages, the food, the gardens and the rooms as well as the tailored medicine and treatment program allowed me to enter some deep relaxation. By the end I did not want to leave. I am now feeling very calm and centered. I now plan to bring my mother here! The family vibe from both staff and other guests made this place very welcoming and cozy. You will likely make some friends to keep I'm contact with. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, you wont be disappointed. If you go, make sure to do the morning yoga outside by the river and walk amongst the garden! I'll be back for sure. Thanks Softouch team!

Softouch is name I can't forget solely because we had a wonderful one week of Ayurveda treatment. A place where we had round the clock activities that kept us totally healthy and happy. The delicious yet healthy all three meals that was prepared under the supervision of the lady of house Preethy was the highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed extra activities such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, sightseeing and lots more. They took us to a local temple festival that is an ever memorable and most enjoyable experience. I can continue to say lot more good things about this place. Karan a young man who runs the resort continuously improving the quality of the facilities at retreat.

We stayed here Dec 2024, such a tranquil and amazing place. They looked after us so well and treated us like family. They prepared all the Kerala specific foods we requested and it was just so authentic and healthy. We stayed in the Grand Villa and it was just breathtaking. We were surrounded by sheer beauty, the people, treatments, architecture and nature just came together and did wonders for our mental health. We can't wait to go back!

I been stayed there for 2 weeks and I really enjoyed it. Living in a park area with beautiful trees, I felt comfortable in my cottage that was clean, spacious and fully equipped. |I been relaxed a lot with the massage treatments, all Ayurvedic protocols were under doctors' control.|It's safe beautiful place, all staff and owners were taking care of us , making our holidays perfect, immediately reacting on any request.|Activities: we did cycling, kayaking, cooking class, went for the trip to waterfall, trip to Kochi.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this wellness retreat created by Karan's parents! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the serene ambience and the positive, calming vibe they've created here. The food was exceptional - every meal felt like it was made with so much care and love. The Sadhya lunch was a standout! The treatments and activities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the cooking class and the waterfall tour - both were so fun and memorable. The entire staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. This retreat is truly a hidden gem, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends. Kudos to the team for putting together such a wonderful space that nurtures both the body and soul.
