I was unsure if the "it's a scam" reviews were true, but I am now writing this to warn people thinking of booking here. Through booking . com, I made a reservation in October 2024 with Stayvista for a stay between 28th January - 22 February. On the 24th of January I contacted them to confirm and ask for early check in, they informed me that there had been a glitch in the system and the rates I booked for three months prior were incorrect. Therefore I needed to cancel my booking and rebook. The prices were SIGNIFICANTLY higher to book now. We're talking at least 10x as much. When I questioned how come no one contacted me in the three months prior to this and that it's an issue to resolve with booking, they informed me that check in would not be permitted if I didn't comply. So is this place a scam? To me it is. I will offer proof and I am sure they will offer a "sincere" apology.

Everything 5*****. The rooms, the excellent (I mean: top class) food, the super helpful owner (who even offered his private car to drive us to the next location). Beautiful pool.
