Had a wonderful sunset cruise experience. Ravi, Captain Krishnan, and the staff welcomed us with a smile and we know we are in for an amazing boat ride. Great hospitality and made sure we had a relaxing trip. The route covered many islands and a view of the Arabian Sea. The views were spectacular and we saw a beautiful sunset amid the clouds. Don't miss the tea and fritters. Highly recommend this cruise if you are in Bekal.

We had a fabulous day night houseboat stay with Ravi and the team. We were well cared and catered for and the team were most helpful explaining the trip and what we would see. The scenery was spectacular and serene. We are a family of 4 and thus were on a different boat to the one 2 person one advertised. It was comfortable and clean however was not the boat shown on the website. We had a fantastic experience and would recommend Bekal Ripples, they are a professional outfit in an area which is still quiet with few other boats touring at the same time.

We did a private sunset house boat tour of the backwaters. Ravi and our captain, Krishna were fantastic. Ravi is very knowledgeable of the area and Captain Krishna was so accommodating to our younger passengers. They were extremely professional and courteous. 100% recommend touring with them!

Our houseboat cruise in Kerala was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by the wonderful crew--Ravi, Krishna (our skilled captain), and Narayanan (the amazing chef). From the moment we stepped on board, Ravi made us feel completely at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. Krishna expertly navigated the serene backwaters, giving us breathtaking views of lush greenery, swaying coconut trees, and charming village life along the way. It was incredibly peaceful, and we could have stayed on the boat forever! And then there was the food--Narayanan prepared the most delicious traditional Kerala meal we've ever had. The spread included perfectly cooked rice, flavorful sambar, fresh vegetables, and the highlight: mouthwatering Karimeen (pearl spot fish) that was cooked to perfection. Every bite was a treat, and it was clear that the food was made with love. This cruise was the perfect mix of relaxation, scenic beauty, and incredible hospitality. Huge thanks to Ravi, Krishna, and Narayanan for making it such a memorable experience. If you're visiting Kerala, this is an absolute must-do! Thank you so much, we will be back with friends and family soon!

Very hospitable, clean, friendly staff. House boat, room is also very clean. Food was also delicious n fresh. Boat Capt. Mr. Krishnan, Mr. Ravi, Mr. Narayan are highly experienced & took the celebrities on these house boats as well. We felt safe while on boat. Highly knowledgeable about the waters and boat riding. It's always a good time with Bekal ripples. I have taken the boathouse ride multiple times and this time with my entire family for my dad's 70th birthday. The staff made too care of the elderly parents very well and the toddlers too. Looking forward to come back soon. Nileshwar is beautiful and this houseboat experience is a must with Bekal ripples

Absolutely incredible! 10/10 would recommend! Safe, fun, gorgeous views of the sunset & a small history lesson on the boat! Great snacks, tea and company :)
