The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. The true epitome of 5 star service, they made us experience Taj Mahal Hotels hospitality in a humble setting. |Manager offered to drop and pick us up when we were not able to find a commute to a nearby village. They even helped change our rooms to a more quiet one upon request.

Have a great experience with this hotel...The restaurant sections are nice to spend. Well cleaned premises and they provide a friendly atmosphere. The people named Vishnu and Gishnu are so friendly and cool to us. They done their duty very well. I like their skills for approaching the customers such a beautiful way. I recommend every one to visit this beautiful place...

Good place. Parking is in cellar. Little old hotel but rooms are renovated. Balconies are visited by pigeons. Has good hotel inside with tasty food. Had our 3 time food there itself as it's tough to find good veg hotel nearby

Good hotel to stay in. Clean rooms and ample place with balcony. Room has multiple Almira and drawers. Good rainwater shower. Breakfast is little lower side. Limited items and mostly they are cold. Rest all is good.

Rooms are neat and clean. We liked it very much. Breakfast is so tasty. Complimentary breakfast with limited items compared to other restaurant buffets which can be improved. Hotel is far from main picnic spots like Kovalam beach and Azhimala around 10 to 15 kms. Don't take taxi which referred by hotel as it will cost 35% more than normal cost.

Room is clean and properly set up. Aminities and supplies are of adequate quantity and ambient quality. Located at the main road of the busiest market place in the city. With a good Restaurant and Bar. In-room dining service and 24*7 support

I'm very satisfied about this hotel and servants hospitality especially a guy named Vishnu he is doing a very good job with very respectfully. And I'also like the rooms and balcony view that's makes my day spcl. I love the food and the arrangements thanks u for making my trip majestic...
