Treetop Beach Cottages Homestay

Our stay at Treetop Home Stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and really well-kept. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The beach is just a short five-minute walk away, which was super convenient. And the best part -- there were the sweetest cats around the property, which made the whole experience even more special. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hospitality of owner good Room was totally poor Don't fall for exterior Bathroom horrible Never seen cockroach and lizards in any resorts I stayed in my lifetime. No complimentary drinks or not even tea or coffee was given. Instead they just sent price list for tea, coffee n so on. They are purely money minded This stay would worth of price 1k to 1.2k only. Not worth for 2.7k Den rooms were too small Charged extra for 8th grade daughter For extra bed they charged 300 which is not worth No shampoo No toothpaste No Brush Towels n bedsheets are very normal Stainless-steel plates were placed in rooms which I felt uneasy to use Plastic water jugs The stay was not at all pleasant Before 10pm u should reach the resort. And it was not at all a beach resort U have to travel little bit to reach beach. AC sound and vibration of the wall lead to sleepless night And foot steps of upper portion stay clearly audible U ll be instructed often for everything It's like HOUSE OWNER and TENANT This resort spoiled my vacation day at Kerala. Thank God I booked only for a night. With great expectations and with website provided pics I booked a stay here. Think twice before choosing this place. Only thing I felt okay here was kittens As kids enjoyed playing with them.

Beautiful Cozy and comfortable property. Though this is not beach facing property, but most visited beach is just at 5 minutes of drive or 15 minutes of walk. Hence 4 stars for location. It's little inside and getting auto might be difficult. Best if you have your own vehicle. For bikes, they have parking in premise, but for car, we parked outside in an empty plot but was safe enough. Service was great, Hosts were super polite and kind that they allowed us to cook food for our infant in their personal kitchen as they don't have shared kitchen available. For food, though you can order just breakfast with them a day before, it tasted really well if you love local cuisines. If you want, no of options are available at Zomato if you don't want to step out and eat outside. Room was decent, neat and hygiene level is appreciable. NO complaints as such but just 1 start deducted for any further improvements. Will surely visit again!

The rooms were soo tidy and good. Also I loved the environment of the homestay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. But I guess the price can be little reduced that's it.

A very cozy and beautiful place... Has a great ambience all over. The room was very nice and looked a bit smaller than the picture but they have already given the size details, so there was no problem in that. Breakfast and tea/coffee will be given if we have booked earlier, online food delivery is also available. The place is a bit far from the town and the beach is in 10 minutes walking distance. Overall a nice experience...

I had a fantastic stay at this nice cottage near Payyambalam Beach! The place is simple but very private, surrounded by greenery, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was excellent, and it's great value for money. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next vacation.

Homely stay. Welcoming host. Well managed property. Recommended for budget friendly and quiet stay.

The property was well maintained and neat. Hygiene maintained by the owners is excellent. The location of the property perfect as it's very close to Payamballam beach. The owners provided a home made breakfast, which was authentic. They do not provide any other meal options, however you can swiggy for yourself. The rooms are well equipped with a smart TV and AC. If you want something walkable to the beach and at a budget price, we highly recommend this stay. Thank you to the owners.
