This place is just walkable from beach and the view from balcony and terrace is nice. Place is so quiet and peaceful. The care taker is very good and they provide needed help and also good at guiding or helping for sightseeing.

Location: just 2 mins walk from a very peaceful beach Hosts: Very helpful, Treated us very well and allowed early check in at 6 o'clock in the morning, Always ready to help. Rooms: Spacious, Clean and great at that price

Very bad experience with this stay and the owner.They were very rude.We booked the stay looking into online with neat and rooms.But we were not satisfied and decided to change,but they didn't return our money back and spoke rudely. I'd not recommend anyone to go to this stay.

Host of this stay is very good. We had an hassle free stay here last weekend. Stay is on Cliff like small elevated area and beach is 2min walk and is visible from the stay. Kitchen has all the utensils, stove for cooking and aquaguard water. Washrooms are huge and clean. Car parking is available.very spacious stay. Electric geyser is available for hot water. Special thanks for proving stay for our driver as well. Overall good experience.

Wouldn't recommend at any cost! Booked the property after seeing positive reviews, but was totally disappointed with the stay and the host. Booked a 1 BHK, but got only a single room for 6 guests at the same amount, stating that there are no apartment type stays, it is mistakenly described in the booking app. The room had only 2 queen beds, which could accommodate 4 of us, There was a free room nearby which was not given even after humbly requesting, Had to sleep on a mat on the floor. The host was getting angry as we were requesting for the facilities we had booked through the app. There was no TV, Sofa,Kettle, Mineral water, Towels, Toiletries etc. or any of the amenities stated in the booking app. Money wasted for a disastrous experience.

Had been there recently and was just happily surprised the way they treated us . Very friendly in nature and always ready to help. Location is also great. They also help u make arrangements like auto and rentals . All the rooms and washrooms were very clean and comfortable.Had a great time there!!

We had the most incredible and warm stay in Kannur! This lovely accommodation is personally run by the owner and his family. Mr. Prajith, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our entire stay. When we expressed a desire for fresh fish, he kindly took us to the local market in the neighborhood and help us pick the fish. And let me tell you, his wife Chaithanya is not only an exceptional home chef, but her delicious homemade meals left us speechless! If you ever have the opportunity to try her incredible cooking, just make sure to let her know ahead of time. Payyambalam beach is hardly 100 metres from the property. We only had plans of staying a couple of days but ended up staying for two weeks. It was just that good!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a homestay in Kannur and it was absolutely amazing. The property was stunning, with lush green surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The hosts Mr Prajith and his wife Chaitanya were incredibly welcoming and made sure that I felt at home from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room I stayed in was impeccable, clean, and comfortable. The homestay itself was well-maintained. The food was another highlight of my stay. I was treated to delicious, homemade meals that showcased the local cuisine and flavors of Kerala (kannur). It was a delight to indulge in such authentic and flavorful dishes. The location of the homestay was also perfect for exploring Kannur. It was convenient to access all the attractions and beaches the area has to offer, yet secluded enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Overall, my experience at this homestay was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay in Kannur. I can't wait to return!
