Meenkunnu Beach Resort

It was a great experience. Our host was very helpful. He was extremely polite and helpful. He helped us plan our itinerary. Also the location is perfect, away from the city, close to nature and spacious. The beach is close to resort and walkable and very private. Had a great stay at the resort.

Very nicely managed resort, away from the city traffic and noise. Good for family and friends gatherings. Very pleasant & charming owners with whom it felt like we were staying at our friend's home only. Adjacent to a very calm and isolated beach named Meenkunnu. Go for a stay here if you want to spend a peaceful day.

So let's start the honest review, what I'm writing here so see how useless I'm feeling here. So the owner is very good and kind, the property (if maintained properly) is beautiful that's two points are positive The care taker is not from this planet, I don't know what to say, he is in his own world. Who won't listen. Now let me told you. We came here to celebrate our anniversary. Even when we cut our cake, there was none except us, so we don't have any pictures of that moment. (Even the owner lives somewhere else) The property is in it's worst shape. Uncle mainened that pre covid only. The location is very far from all the visiting places. No food inside but yes kitchen is there u can cook. Rooms are in very bad condition with very bad smell even I broomed my room so that I can sleep. Most of the things are not in order. I was very excited to see the kids area online but that's the worst part. I can write an essay but showing you some pictures you guys can understand. I cancelled my second day booking and going back today only. Yes, don't be fooled by the internet photos and photos send by the owner he will send u the picture 100 years ago If you don't wanna waste your money and your important day and don't want to be fooled and cheated. Plz don't come here, until the owner get this place maintained. I want my day, my money and my time back. But that's no possible to trying to save another's. That's it. Regards Anmolika

Beautiful Locations. Homely Feel. You can relax by Sea in Hammock. Specious Rooms & Great View from the rooms of Nature. Specially in the morning you feel like heaven. Special thanks to Owner and his Wife and Najib for their Service & for delicious Breakfast. It's Cool Place away from all hassle for perfect holidays.

Simple, but beautiful place to be. Been there for a photography work. Loved the place. The surrounding cliffs are equally beautiful and scenic. Evenings would be even better to spend time there. Couldn't stay till then.. Would love to be back there to watch the sun set down to the ocean.. Some day..

Food is not that great, we had high expectations but we were all disappointed.

A recluse? spot for a chill beach view stay. Away from the city hustles this spot gives you varkala vibes? Will recommend for the view and ambience. Basic amenities were provided along with a supportive caretaker. Will recommend as a layover point anytime.

Good a decent resort beside the beach.. Its a house with rooms which are given for rent separately.. the varanda and common hall is common for people in different rooms.. They will bring you the food as required if informed early.. There is a large area around it. For small walks and even recreation activities, like any ball games..
