One of the perfect choices for short stay in the Attingal town. Neat, safe and affordable place. Rooms are well furnished with clipboard, dressing table and another small table. Some rooms have teapoys and chairs as well . Hot water is available in the bathrooms. All the same, signs of lack of good maintenance are evident in places..with damaged paint on the walls, loose leaves of the Air conditioners etc. The hotel was in a much better condition 2 years back. The lack of restaurant facility attached to the hotel is one drawback. Room services maybe available but.

Very good hotel! Pros: Neat rooms, bed spread, restroom; reasonable tariff and excellent behavior from staff. Cons: No specific parking available, Few things were faulty which they can rectify in no time.

Except for the location, parking in underground and the straydog, everything else were good. Looks like we need to arrange our own food .||||The rooms were clean with 24h running hot water and things. ||What i hate were the stray dog, the underground parking which scratched by car's underbelly and the narrow lane in which the hotel is located. ||||The staffs were cordial and ultra helpful.

there is no food served there...but good hotels are nearby WALKABLE eg.Hotel aariyas(veg), Hotel aaram (veg /non veg and last but not least Hotel sasindra which is a small tea shop which serves hot steamed NAADAN puttu with a fine kadala curry ,papppadam etc. they also serve non veg. overall its a good place for family stay especially when you are there for writing NID or other exams for your children

Plus points : Clean , neat Budget hotel at Attingal . Neat rooms & toilets . Round the clock hot water facility . Fresh smelling bed sheets & pillows .Good staff support . Minus points .: No restaurent , not even tea . Very small parking area .

Prarthana Residency was a nice place to stay. The building was nice with well maintained clean rooms and all the facilities. The staff was also good and well trained and was good too. Overall good stay.

The person at the reception (Uncle Ji) is very helpful. I stayed there for 3 days. Nice rooms. The only thing lacking is a restaurant.

It's one of the best hotel that available in attingal town and much closer to the town centre.The rooms are quiet good and somewhat a reasonable price.
