Service is worst. Very slow response. Treatment is bad. Noone came to us until we call them and asked for each and every thing right from water, glass, menu, plates and spoons. Where as other table was served better (locals). We felt we were treated differently. We almost ready for cancellation and then soup came. Serving boy and receptionist girl are very slow and doesn't know any other language except local language. Food is also average. You can only eat appam here. Chicken biryani means fried rice not cooked rice. Other states won't like food here.

The food here is delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour except the fish fry we tried, it had mud flavour. I don't really recommend the restaurant of their residency because the utensils and glasses were not washed properly, there were little bit of food particles on the fork. "The service is average. We had to wait for so long to order and to get the food to eat. Although the washroom and bathroom were neat.

Very disappointing experience. The food was poorly prepared and not cooked properly. The service was abysmal - staff were inattentive and unprofessional. For the quality of food and service, the prices were outrageously high. Definitely not worth the visit. Would not recommend.

Been here for lunch. Food was good .. less crowded. While the food rates were nominal , lemon soda was on the higher side

Had a pleasant meal. Service was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The location was great. The room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and pretty good. The food was delicious....

I had enquired to book a suite room day before yesterday and shared my contact details as well . The receptionist assured me to call me back after 30min.Since, there was no response for more than 24 hours, I called yesterday.But again, they told me that they will contact me after few minutes and they didn't! This is the second time I am making a review against them due to poor hospitality and bad customer service. Kindly suggest to improve your interaction with customer. Thank you

We stayed at this hotel few days back.. very pleasant atmosphere, good food and excellent room service.. room was very clean and nicely done. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Great experience staying at Dev residency, keep it up team!
