Hotel O NILA TOURIST HOME

I had the worst experience using the OYO app for booking this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff completely ignored the price that was clearly listed on the app while booked and insisted that I pay double the amount. Despite showing them the confirmation with the agreed-upon rate, they were uncooperative and refused to honor the price. It affected my travel plans, wasted time and lost money. Never choose oyo and these type of unprofessional hotels.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist charged an extra 500 after I came to check in at OYO, even if I paid whole through the app online. They said that OYO put their price low. The receptionist just went into the room and changed the bedsheet and came back. And said the room was ready, the towel were dirty and didn't provide any towel. No bathing soap was provided first, we had to ask and get it. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly after the last customer vacated. The room had dust and was not even cleaned properly. The only benefit was we got an extra one and half hour to get ready and check out.

Worst OYO Experience Ever - Fraudulent Owner and Horrible Service I had the misfortune of booking an OYO property recently, and it was the worst experience of my life. The owner was completely unprofessional and fraudulent, trying to charge extra for basic amenities that were clearly mentioned as included in the booking. On arrival, the place looked nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy, the bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was disgusting. When I asked the owner for cleaning, he rudely refused and claimed it wasn't his responsibility. There was no water in the bathroom, and despite multiple complaints, no one came to fix it. Worst of all, I found out later that the owner had a habit of scamming guests by canceling bookings last minute and asking for higher rates directly. The service was non-existent, and when I tried to contact OYO customer care, they were equally unhelpful and kept passing the blame. I would strongly advise anyone against booking this property or trusting this platform. It's a scam!

Such a waste service attitude by the front desk staff. He thought that the property is running as a lavishness. The asking price when i reached the property is double at the time of booking. This type of waste service providing staff should be replaced. Don't reccomended

Guys...it's a big trap... Caution!!!..online rate is just trap...They will charge double the amount. So please take care...before booking. Thanks.

Very bad experience. We have booked room via online but dont get room that day they said there is no room available and behaving very bad.

Ask extra payment oyo show 700rs and they ask 1200,2nd floor no lift

Fraud teams... Dont go Dont book.... Such horrible experience......
