I was stayed at this hotel for 2 days as a part of my official travel, I had disappointed for the previous reviews about this hotel, but I have better experinece in there, because mainly the service and food. I have no complaints about their food and services & I suggest for my family,friends and my colleges. Thank you

Very bad service and conference room was very poorly maintained. We booked for a meeting. The package including drinks and food. It was very bad quality and They even charged extra money for projector which they should have provided. The manager of this place Mr. Santhosh also threatened us with local goons at the time of bill settlement when we questioned them. Shame on this hotel. Never recommended

Booked hall for presentation of product including hall, food and projector. Was asked to do presentation without projector as projector not available. Charged extra during final bill settlement. Unprofessional and rude manager. Service including food service was very poor and unprofessional.
After searching for a decent hotel on our way back to Thiruvananthapuram, we decided to dine at Pearl Palace, Mamom, Attingal. The ambiance was pleasant, and the bearers' attire was neat and well-maintained. However, the food quality was far below average, and the pricing was unjustifiably high for the standard of dishes served. If I were to rate my experience, I would barely give one star--perhaps only for their effort in running the establishment despite the disappointing food. As regular diners familiar with various cuisines, we could easily recognize the flaws in the food. When we pointed out the issues, their response was the usual stereotypical excuse: "We prepare fresh food, and we've never had complaints before." While cooking fresh is commendable, claiming it as "live cooking" makes little sense when diners cannot actually witness the process. Some key disappointments: Karimeen Fry was so overcooked that it scraped the inside of our cheeks and lips. Chicken Biryani looked like lemon rice with some chicken curry at the bottom. The chef was overly generous with salt in the biryani yet incredibly stingy while seasoning the Karimeen Fry and Chicken 65. The rice served with meals tasted more like watery porridge than proper cooked rice. Usually, I request a takeaway for any leftovers, but this time, I left everything on the table--it simply wasn't worth packing. Overall, it was an unfortunate dining experience. While my recommendation may not make a significant difference, I would still caution others to think twice before dining here if they wish to save their money. Note to Pearl Palace Management: Please take my feedback constructively and consider sending your Head Chef and supporting kitchen staff to Tamil Nadu--particularly Dindigul Thalappakatti Hotels--to learn how to make a proper biryani.

Got a very good and warm welcome from the security, When I enter the Executive lounge ,I was very happy that Attingal have such a bar with good ambiance but after I seated I understood that Lounge should have good SOP and also staff should be trained on those SOPs.Staff behaviors and attitude is not good ..sure that staffs are not trained in any customer relation or service.F&B knowledge is zero.Menu doesn't have any descriptions.The hotel ambience shows it's should have more talent staff and good menus to attract the guest.Ordered chicken lollipop,if there was any discerption I should be aware that it's comes like semi gravy(dipped in sauce) and also I am not sure why there was extra sauce on side.Dish was served by a short white waiter with an attitude of "if you want eat otherwise leave"...no side plate, cutleries or napkin was served with the dish.Last not the least there was a waiter call Anand I met in the lounge he was the only person had good and friendly attitude but still in knowledge he needs to improve .... Give him good training I am sure he can be the best among all..Take it as positive..Happy to see such a nice hotel in my Hometown.
