ESAA Airport Hotel

I had my daughter's wedding guest accomodated in this hotel on 30th and 31st March. Right from the booking time, till the check out , the whole hotel staff was with us providing assistance. The team led by Soumya was very proactive and were with us in every step of organizing the previous night events at the hotel premises. Special kudos to the house keeping staff, who were invisible, yet their hardwork was very evident. Very good ambience, ample parking space, dedicated staff and accommodating. Management. Thankyou for all the support provided. Highly recommended stay for all age groups and especially families.

I recently had a good stay at ESAA hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast has limited options, but was delicious. It also had "instagramable" spot at the vicinity of the hotel. Overall, my stay met the expectations, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is only a year old and looks amazing, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. While the hotel provides an optional breakfast, there is no in house restaurant for dinner and lunch. The overall service was excellent, except for one inconvenience--we received a call on the room phone at 6 a.m. asking if we needed breakfast, which woke us up after a late-night flight.

Enjoyable stay for the night when flying in late. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had many light switches which took some time for me to work out. Otherwise the room was neat, tidy and quiet The location is a but further then some of the other hotels, but this was no difficulty with a taxi. The prepaid taxi fair is a minimum of 545 rupees which is a bit much for this hotel at only 5km away. Breakfast provided in the morning was a good introduction to indian food, and there was more than I could eat. Overall a satisfactory stay.

I would definitely recommend. Clean rooms. Very quiet surrounding. The staff is helpful and polite. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Quick room service as well without and issues.

Very pleasant overnight stay.. Room and the entire hotel in general seemed squeaky clean. Rooms are spacious. Would love to stay again :)

I had an excellent stay at Essa Residency.. The ambiance was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating..The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions.. The food was also exceptional..Every dish was well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful.. The overall experience was relaxing and truly worth it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service..

We, a couple, stayed at ESAA Airport Hotel on two occasions in November and December 2024/January 2025. We are very pleased and satisfied with our stays, the staff cheerful and incredibly friendly, helpful and promptly responding to any and all inquiries, spacious comfortable rooms equipped with modern facilities, conveniently located with easy access to nearby shopping and of course to the Kochi airport. We recommend ESAA Airport Hotel to anyone looking for comfort with great service. We were very impressed for the inclusive atmosphere at the Christmas eve celebrations to which we were invited and we gladly participated and enjoyed. Kari and Grantham.
