Value for money. Friendly helpful front desk staff. The restaurant food is excellent! The room was good size and the bed was comfortable. They provided all the necessary toiletries. The pool is quite nice but only 4ft so no diving; good for laps though, and it's open till 9pm so I enjoyed after dark when it was cooler. I will stay here again if I return to Kochi.

Everything is very nice, Mr. Abhijeet is amazing he help from booking to visiting places such beautifully. Also he help with Well known Driver Mr. Jithin Kumar he was with us for 7 days but his dedication towards Customer was amazing. He never left us behind from his eyes, he was always there to assist. Also discovered more places. Thank for all staff of Hotel for wonderful stay. just improve some patches in room that's it. Hotel management thank to you as well for having such wonderful staff. Kerala is great, you all Kerala people made this. I will visit again. All the best to everyone.

They say this is a 5 star hotel, but my house is more cleaner & modern. A/c does not working. They wanted to clean / change filter at 12.12 am can you imagine & I had checkin with my 1 year old daughter at 11.30 pm taking a flight from Goa. They don't have provision of table fan. Only the pick up car was good. Very old interiors. Bedsheet & pillow cover looks old cream in color. Very disappointing. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Very disappointed. Sorry I did not click any pictures for you guys cz was shocked to see the room so just got out of my mind. But this is a genuine review. Also please do not get in Touch with travel agent Kerala Holidays they are the ones who spoiled my vacation mood.

It's a well located and excellent property with good parking lot. The staff is polite, cooperative and was willing to sort out any issue. The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was well laid and the food was very tasty . Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed here in 3 rooms with my frnds and family last April... Although we landed early morning... Pick up from Airport was easy and fast. We waited in the lobby, was tired, they made our check in early and that was an awesome move... Then later our frnds and families came we enjoyed very much.. Sorry for the delayed review... All was well and the staff were flexible... Thanks for ur hospitality..

It was a comfortable stay, especially the room services. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms, although were a bit small for a 5 star hotel. The food was average but they had good breakfast spread. Overall, the experience was good. Also, it's pretty near to the airport, thats a plus point.

I stayed for 2 days under different reservations and below is the issues i have experienced myself, First and foremost the wifi there is very bad, it keeps on disconnecting and when i asked the receptionist they said that coz i have an iPhone, due to that the wifi issue is there Second in the deluxe room where I stayed the water pressure for the hot water was very low and the drain was NOT working properly. When i was taking bath the water was staying there only and it was huge discomfort for myself. Also the bathroom was so small. In the executive room the drain was working and there were no issues. In both rooms there were no tissues box and i had to ask for tissues and they gave me some tissues and when i asked the guy do you have tissue box he said NO and they have only this tissue. The same for the room slippers i had ti call the front desk and ask specifically for the room slippers as they were not there in the room my default. The only good thing in the hotel was the proximity to the airport and the travel from and to the airport was good.

The location is near the airport so that is a great benefit. We appreciate the staff in arranging taxi services to tour Kochi and take us to the airport. Food from the restaurant was also good. The room maintenance, however, needs to be improved. The wood panels on the floor were very worn out and needed to be replaced. Showers had much mildew/dirt buildup along the floor and walls. This suggests frequent scrubbing/cleaning is not occurring. Bedsheets had tears and stains in them. We wondered if these were being properly maintained/washed. Similarly, when we approached the pool, the water was still and there was much debris floating on top, including what appeared to be a bloody maternity pad. There was significant algae overgrowth. It's obvious the water was not being actively filtered or cleaned. We notified staff about this, who replied that they will turn on the filter. This is unacceptable, as the filter should be on at all times when the pool is operational. Cleanliness standards need to be improved, especially since many foreigners would visit this hotel.
