OYO 12943 Ashdale Resort

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay close to the backwaters. They also have their own houseboats and Shikara but unfortunately we were unlucky as they were already booked for future dates. Anil is the best host one can expect. He really helps with everything one needs. Rooms are really spacious and well maintained. Wifi was not working, tried connecting multiple times but no luck. The breakfast provided was really good. Hot and Soft idlis with Sambhar and chutney. Tea was also provided. We enjoyed our stay there. It was cheaper too as compared to other hotels around that area.

this place is ideal if you are big group and if you prefer a home-stay setup. the hosts are warm and they look after all your needs. don't expect these services to be dirt cheap, as they come at a standard price. the structure lacks the finesse of a hotel but that is expected from a homely setup. the food and the planned tour they provided were actually good.

Small rooms. Restaurant non functional round the clock. Carry your own luggage even inside hotel. No mineral water in rooms. Free breakfast included only two course meal. Zero star for location. We reached at 8 pm on 31st December and had to take an auto rickshaw to go 4 km to take dinner. Two stars for clean rooms, toilet and linen. Staff behaviour is also good.

Had a nice stay at this place, stayed in a 4 bedroom with friends. Rooms and linen were neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative. They don't have an open restaurant, so need to order food in advance according to the needs. They don't have a water frontage, but walkable distance to backwaters.

Well it's a budget hotel, basic facility lacks hot water and good ac. No breakfast served unlike advertised. Reason for a rating of 3? It's a budget hotel, for the price it's okay. The person managing it is decent to deal with.

We travelled from trivandrum and stayed at the resort.. the place was very quiet and no towels were present in the rooms. We had to ask for towels and soaps. Overall it was nice

Friendly staff, they provide quality food, superb rooms with wifi and nice house keeping, very clear , interiors and furniture are soo nice and comfortable, as well parking inside the resort is good, it's completely like home environment, very calm nd pleasant resort

Nice property... excellent breakfast... staff were cooperative... only issue is lunch and dinner are not available at here...one has to arrange from outside other restaurants... good location for stay with family members...
