Not at all a good choice. Poor service provided. No proper attention is given to the guests. Don't have a required number of staffs to manage the visitors. Dining space is a total disaster, seems like not been used for years. The location is too inside a local area. The road to the destination is totally damaged. The only positive things are the rooms and the pool. You can sit inside the room putting the AC and if needed you can go to the pool to get chilled. But I don't think it's an affordable choice to pay 4000 for getting just these two facilities and that too for a group of 4 members. In short, The property seems budget friendly, but the budget doesn't felt so "friendly".

We booked for a get-together. The room was ok. Disappointment was the pool. Eventhough the set up was good, pool was not properly maintained, water had a foul smell and was not cleaned in ages i guess. We had to quickly get out of the pool because of itching. Could have filtered the pool before offering to guests. Hope they will improve.

Recently booked a resort here through booking.com and the hotel manager made sure I cancel it through website and offered me best price and for early checkin.. but on the day of arrival they scammed and demanded for extra money. Which was not at all fair deal.They also took some booking amount and never refunded maybe it's a new strategy in this resort to speak good in call and when they make advance and arrive at this stay their professionalism is very questionable. I humbly request if anyone is deciding to book here please do not consider it's very interior and it's not at all safe, Especially the management the way they deal is really very inappropriate. Please consider before you book.

The best place to explore 'swastham' Clean Service Ambience (stroll through the nearby paddy-field, morning or evening )

Not a clean place, and we were disappointed by the upkeep. We found better options nearby at a more reasonable price. It seems the positive reviews might be misleading. Wouldn't recommend booking here. The worst in Thrissur and rude behaviour of staffs

I recently stayed at Surya resort and was disappointed by the experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the resort management and staff. The management displayed noticeable arrogance and lacked basic customer service skills. Additionally, they parked their car in the entrance, which caused significant inconvenience for guests trying to park. The rooms and washrooms were not clean.
