Rooms are not up to rate... And they are not providing complimentary breakfast fast after paying 3500+ tax for rooms.. Even hotels (above 2000) are providing complimentary breakfast to their customers... This hotel has no responsibility towards their customers...

It was my engagement and my fiance and family stayed there for a day... It was a good experience... We booked the whole hotel .. there are around 12 rooms and one among them is a suite... There are almost every facility... I liked this hotel very much... Also the ambience ... It looks great

New Hotel Kottaram Regency's AC Executive bar experience was disappointing. The customer service was abysmal, lacking basic courtesy. No complementary side dishes were offered, and to top it off, there was no ice for drinks. Save yourself the trouble and explore other bars with better service and amenities.

Highlighting the super executive rooms here. The AC rooms were neat and spacious. Cleanliness and Good service. The restaurant is served with high quality tasty food. This complimentary breakfast was also good and tasty. Ample car parking service.

Even if you are stumbling upon or having any emergency better go to Pattambi and take a hotel. This hotel is Pathetic and the staff's behaviour is abysmal. Basic training for staff is lagging and it's very unfortunate that I used their service

Have dined from their restaurant. Its our go to restaurant during our long drives from workplace to hometown. 5 star for their soft handmade chapathi and chicken masala

Over rated for everything Food is verybad choice in koottam once i had food poisson and over rated and service very poor . And over all there no bar and hotel thats why they keep goving other wise they will close thats confirm.
