Palace Inn Angamaly

I AM SORRY TO SAY FIRST, Food was very bad, Staffs are not hospitality especially from bar order calls and svc. They are literally not accepting all type of people. The reception FO man ( Mr.Abhi )was nice behavior. Two days I spend and also 12K bukes more and more, I paid, was waste money. Unfortunately mixed fried rice very bad ( IN MFR NO CHICKEN NOT SUFFI.BEEF NO TASTE AND NO QTY ALSO... and Chilly chicken poor quality. Mix with tomato paste chilly chx.

Rooms were big and spacious. Bathroom was good and all the toiletries were present. Service was good and they even arranged for Birthday Cake at short notice.

Overall Nice experience. We got room without prior reservation. Food provided from restaurant was really good and tasty. Staffs were polite. Cons: Room service is too slow and I had to wait a lot for food ordered. Rooms are clean but a bit old Bedsheets ,pillow covers were also worn out due to age. Recommend hotel to upgrade / buy new bedsheets etc

To be honest. Staffs are very rude at AC bar. They are literally not accepting every type of people. Even after paying 50 bucks tips they were pushing me away. It's not the waiter but the guy at the desk.

It has bar with food at a reasonable rate. Easy to reach from KSRTC bus stand and TB junction. Enough parking area and nice rooms. Mughal garden bar on the 4th floor is the best place in Angamaly to have drinks. Good quality food available in the bar at cheap rates. Enough parking space available.

Clean rooms . Good experience lift not worked sometimes complementary breakfast available

The hotel is located a good location just behind the KSRTC bus stand. The services were good. Some rooms are small. Room service is good and the food served is also fine. They have a bar and restaurant too which I found to be great. We wanted to have a party and all the necessities were instantaneously arranged for us. Washrooms and linen were clean. Corridor was also well maintained.
