Hotel Surabhi Suites

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had a bad smell when we entered, and the air conditioning was not working properly--the cooling was very low, making it uncomfortable. The customer service was also poor. We asked for a bottle of water, but they didn't provide it. On top of that, the room charges were quite high, and they asked for an additional Rs. 400 as a security deposit, which was not mentioned earlier. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; even arriving late at night .staff was incredibly helpful, and 24 hours service available . The room was good,clean and disadvantage is no lift,

I had a great experience staying here! The rooms were exceptionally tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend!

Cheep room, double deluxe non ac room with single bed like 6*2 feet 2 cots and two 6*3 single beds with big gap inthe centre lots of mosquitoes low quality bed and pillows, very bad experience

First of all about the receptionist(at night), he is very arrogant and rude. I don't like his behavior. Rooms are very dirty especially bathroom no blankets available, high cost for rooms ,I don't like the receptionist. I think he is thinking that he owns a five star hotel. This is for owner "if you change your night receptionist ur hotel will also change to a good hotel

Well Maintained and Clean rooms ......Cost is also affordable....I strongly recommend for the friends group for overnight stays in Angamaly. Presence of a Cafeteria is a positive.

It's my first time to stay at a hotel with this rate where I never expected so neat & tidy. But surprisingly the room & service were superb. Keep it up the dedication & quality. Thank you.
