The food here used to be the best in Angamaly, but recently, the quality and taste have declined significantly. It's no longer worth it, and I am highly disappointed. I would have given 1 star for the food, but I'm giving 2 stars solely for the service.

Given the high cost associated with these items, I expected to receive the quality and quantity of meat as described in the menu, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It is crucial for a business to maintain transparency and honesty in its offerings. As customers, we trust that the items on the menu will be delivered as described, and we pay the prices accordingly. When this trust is broken, it results in a negative experience and damages the reputation of your establishment. I urge the chef and the management team at Hotel Rukmini to take this feedback seriously and ensure that dishes like the Beef and Mutton Roast are prepared with the right ingredients and in accordance with what is promised. We enjoyed the fried rice, chili chicken, and fruit salad with ice cream for dessert. The Pothichooru was the highlight. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 and would definitely come back! This was the most enjoyable meal I've had. Sandesh was very polite and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Sandesh, for your excellent service. We will always be returning customers!

Overall bad experience ,had high hope but really bad ...we ordered ghee rice but we got biriyani rice besides instead of nadan beef roast we got northindian style sweety beef masala with lot kismies...

Limited parking is available in the front side. Additional parking is available at the backside. However, one needs to walk through some parts of the hotel which are not very clean. We even thought of walking out !!!||Food is tasty, though a bit pricy. Service is good.

Well maintained and the quality of the food is amazing. Much recommended to families who are looking for a family restaurant for a reasonable price.

Very pathetic service with no customer centricity. They treat customer as if they are offering free food with lot of arrogance. Think twice before you visit. If the owner is reading this message kindly reach out to me for detail feedback. Very disappointed.

One of the best place to dine in Angamaly. Have ample parking space for cars or even for coaches. Very tasty food and have wide range of menu.
