Extremely Disappointing Experience Visited Hills Park Hotel's Athidhi restaurant in Angamali and was thoroughly unimpressed. Ordered Chicken 65 and porotta, expecting a delicious meal. Unfortunately, the dish was a letdown. * Hill's park and Adhithi has same kitchen and same menu -Quantity: A meager 6 pieces of Chicken 65 were served. Quality:*l The pieces were: - Predominantly bones - Small in size - Barely any edible meat *Recommendation:* Revamp your menu, focus on quality, and ensure fair portion sizes. I had a really disappointing experience during my visits to this hotel. On one occasion, I bought some payasam and discovered a dead dragonfly in it. When I reported this to the manager, he seemed completely unfazed and simply assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there; I later found hair in another dish I ordered from them. The service was also frustratingly slow. It took an eternity just to place our order, and even longer for our food to arrive. If you're in search of good service and quick meals, I suggest you look elsewhere, as there are plenty of better options nearby. I would never recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone.

Had dinner with friends tonight and was extremely disappointed with the service. It took an incredibly long time to even receive hot water, which is unacceptable. To top it off, the prices were exorbitant for what felt like basic, local service. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, he was unresponsive and dismissive. I would strongly advise against dining here. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer better service and value for your money.

Ambience okk but workers have no sense to deliver a plate towards the table. Served food after 35minutes of ordering . Charges are really too high even a single paratha charges 25 per piece and charges a double amount for food and not yet worth for me They told all are live foods and will take about 1hr to deliver.

Poor housekeeping.. Bad smell in the room and corridor. Reception employees ' are'angry babies' they said it is 3 star and they showed me a certificate hanging on the wall for proof Its just a 3 star Lodge..not even worth for 500

I have stayed at so many hotels. Never had such a bad experience ever. Really bad quality run down rooms. When we checked in we found the previous bedsheets and bed covers had not been changed. Ac is not cooling. The fan is either 0 or 5. Nothing in between. Room is suffocating. Hotel staff sent multiple people past midnight, not bothering if there is a single girl in the room and that we have paid for a room which needs to have basic ac and fan. He said sleep with this noisy fan and without ac. We can't help it. If it wasn't midnight I would have left this hotel and gone to another one. Staff bangs on the door at midnight and says mistake next room I had to go. Overall pathetic place and must be avoided.

Very poor service, waiting for food in restaurant for 1 hr, and cancelled the order. The behaviour and attitude of the staff is very very bad...
