Hotel Gee Bee Palace

Horrible experience, Arrived hotel with confirmed booking late at 1 :30 am. (Was informed). The reception staff was fast asleep. He woke up only after several time of making noise. He get up finally and says hotel is full. Then he came to his sense and checked the computer on showing him my booking. The rooms are below par. I would not recommend for family. The bed and bath linen was pathetic. The bathroom were not clean, room ac wasn't working properly. As described horrible hotel experience.

Other than the water fall view, it is very badly placed location . there is no road to this place. If you like your cars, please think thrice. the rooms are ok with coaches, lizards as company and water leaking from the AC. Service was ok. Other than pizza we ordered, rest of the food was 2 stars.

One of the worst experience ever. I took a room for the night of 30th Nov 2024. I don't know the name of the receptionist, but his behaviour was not at all acceptable. The quality of room was also not upto the mark, even the door lock was not working. I gave the receptionist my adhar card and asked for a bill during check out. He spelled by name wrongly in the bill. When I requested for a change in bill he argued about the whole thing. Worst experience ever.

Right now I am writing this review from the hotel itself now the time is 1:23 am 31/3/2025 The guy in the reception doesn't even have the basic manners to become in hospitality industry, he misbehaved with me but I didn't react only because of the time it is very late I am tired and no energy to shift to another hotel , owner or manager must notice it please please To the customer....never take wrong decision to stay here

Booked the room for 1 day , that entire time I was out with family then finally when I came back with parents to vacate the room and to freshen up , the management is saying , they can only allow me and not my parents even for that 10 min to freshen up and leave in a room I almost didn't use , bad dealings by the staff

I had a disappointing experience at Gee Bee Palace Restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Kizhi Porotta, but what I was served was far from the traditional version. Instead, they brought out a Kizhi Porotta with some sort of chicken curry gravy and tiny, chopped pieces of chicken. It didn't resemble the authentic dish at all. To make things worse, the dish seemed to have been prepared in a North Indian style, with flavors resembling pani puri masalas, which was completely out of place for a Kizhi Porotta. Overall, it was quite a letdown.

The food that we had from here was good and the service is excellent. But its a bit overpriced and they don't provide the menu card upfront so we won't know that some of the items are really expensive here.
