Hotel Elegance

The stay at this hotel was good. The receptionist was very nice and all the staff were very friendly.

The hotel has a very exquisite and picturesque ambiance, I had a great stay

Rooms and location is Good . beside the main highway. Don't suggest food from here

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Elegance Bar in Karukutty. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to long wait times for drinks and food. When I finally did receive service, the staff was unapologetic and seemed indifferent to my concerns. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized, making it difficult to enjoy my time at the bar. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable night out.

I haven't used the rooms but both AC bar and non AC bars were nice. The bartender and security was very friendly. Good ambience inside and outside. Amble parking space too.

On the way to Sabarimala we stayed here. Hotel is good. But restaurant staff can speak and understand only Malayalam. They take a long time to prepare the food.

Guest had to wait in the lobby that has No AC, & the staffs sitting in the reception atleast has a fan. That too in the summer during April. This is a reflection of how good they are at taking care of their guests..

Nice and clean hotel.. Easy access to airport and city... Comparatively quite are.. Well mannered employees...
