Collection O Hotel Grand Regency

I stayed here for a one-night stay with my family of 8!including a small child. Unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations: * Dirty sheets with stains and hair * Room not properly cleaned * AC could not be adjusted * Loud due to central city location * One room was missing a door chain lock * Strange smell (blankets) * Creepy people hanging around the hotel in the evening * Felt like the place only thrives because of its well-visited bar * Staff was friendly and tried to help but was not always available; at times, the hotel seemed completely abandoned The only positive was that the staff was polite and made an effort but overall I would not recommend staying here.

Room was neat and clean and staffs are very helpful and polite. Good place to stay at reasonable price. I planned to surprise my fiance on his birthday which was happened with help of the staff members. Very happy with grand regency team. Special thanks to Manager.

Nearest to airport, great hospitality, recently we stayed at this Hotel. Good Service at nice location and really liked the rooms and service they offered. There is restaurant within premises. So you don't really have to worry about late dinner.
