I stayed here for a flight the next day at Cochin International Airport.The experience was pretty good here the blankets were kind of dirty,not much.the doors had a locking issue but u can fix it closing the door and pulling at full force. service was great we ordered some food and arrived in a few mins.The food was great.location is very good because it's near the airport so you can get there fast.

I have stayed at the Quality Inn near Cochin International Airport multiple times, and it has always been one of my preferred hotels due to its convenience and service. During my recent stay, we checked in around 1 AM, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth, which I truly appreciated given the late hour. However, unfortunately, we faced an issue with the air conditioning system in our room. Due to a technical glitch, the AC started turning off every 15 minutes with a beeping sound, which became quite frustrating, especially at that hour. I contacted the reception, and to their credit, they responded immediately by sending a technician to fix the problem. While the technician did attempt to resolve the issue, the problem resurfaced after an hour, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Since we had an early morning checkout, we decided to adjust rather than call for assistance again. Despite this setback, I must commend the hotel staff for their quick response and courteous service. I hope the management takes note of such technical issues to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests. I would still recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport, smooth check-in process, and overall service, but I would advise checking the room amenities before settling in.

A lovely property with all the amenities and a clean pool too. They serve food at night by the poolside which makes it a memorable experience. They have a projector too which plays some movies and songs to entertain. Their breakfast buffet was really good. Their menu for breakfast is extensive and eggs are made to order. We loved the caring and respectful staff. It was a great stay and u highly recommend the place.

I recently stayed at Quality Airport Hotel and had an excellent experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The food offered was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I also took advantage of their tour packages, which were very reasonably priced. A special mention goes to our driver, Mohammed Najmi. He was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, making our journey enjoyable and safe. His driving skills in the mountainous areas of Munnar were particularly impressive, and he was always very helpful throughout our trip. I highly recommend Quality Airport Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

It was a great stay, the food was good, it's close to the airport, the bar was great, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was great, we were happy with everything, we will book here again
