The experience was outstanding from the moment we got there. The tone for the remainder of our stay was established by the warm welcome we received. Throughout, the staff offered timely service and assistance, and the parking was well-organized. The check-in process was easy and expert. We were given the best-in-class room, which was incredibly hygienic and immaculate. The room's breathtaking view enhanced the property's allure. A unique feature of this resort was that, in contrast to the majority of opulent establishments in hill stations, each room had a functional air conditioner, which greatly enhanced comfort. We would especially like to thank the manager, Mr. Vinilal, whose constant smile and attentive service made our stay much better, and the front desk lady. He made sure that all of our needs were warmly and carefully attended to. The actual property is stunning and well-kept. Not to be overlooked is the food, which is exquisitely presented and has a wonderful flavor. Each meal was delightful. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. Strongly suggested for anyone searching for the ideal opulent retreat!

The rooms are very neat and clean, including the washrooms. The staff is extremely polite, and the food they serve is really good. The property is located in the lap of nature, offering a serene jungle view from the balcony -- perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. We stayed here for 2 days and had a really good experience. The pool area is also clean and well-maintained. However, the kids' area has limited activities, and the gym is also not very well-equipped.

Stay was very good, staffs were friendly with good attitude. Wonderful stay. Would love to visit again. One suggestion i want to add to make your service better is to provide baby food (milk) as complementary for those babies who mostly depend on the milk only. This is the very first place where i didn't find this service when i compare my other stays in different resorts. Thanks for the welcoming service.

The staffs were really good and friendly... The service has to be appreciated for sure ... The food was also great ...it was hygienic and it was prepared on time.. as per the order.. The view from the room was fabulous too... Loved their service We enjoyed a lot and relaxed toooo... Swimming pool and the view was a great combo for sure... There are games for kids too... Overall...staffs were great

The service and rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is supportive and polite. Service is bit slow but good. The location is outside from the city centre so you need to arrange a cab for your everyday travel. We had not arranged the cab earlier so hotel manager has arranged the cab and auto for us. Also at first we got the room which does not have valley view for which we have booked so they changed our room next day and gave us another room from where the view was so nice. Food is also nice in taste. Overall had a great experience.
