Excellent Service and a Memorable Stay I recently stayed at Heaven Inn Munnar and I must say the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the staff's genuine hospitality Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Great service

We were a family of 6 with an infant and we had a fabulous stay at the property. The property has a lot of greenery and a big play area. The rooms are clean and spacious. Overall a peaceful and pleasant stay. If you are coming with your families don't hesitate to book the property.

I recently enjoyed a delightful two-day stay at Heaven in Munnar hotel, and it truly lived up to its name. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's unique architecture--beautifully designed with intricate woodcraft both on the exterior and throughout the interiors. The natural wooden theme added a warm and cozy touch to the ambiance.||The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The wooden furniture was not only functional but also artistically crafted, reflecting the rich local craftsmanship. It gave the space a rustic yet elegant charm.||Food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, with good quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The unlimited breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate.

We stayed at Heaven Inn Munnar for 2 nights. The experience was beyond expectations. The room (403) was neat & tidy. Staff is very decent, service was quick & good, We liked the hospitality. Hotel owner nicely arranged mini Birthday celebration for my kid on our request. Location looks very exotic, it had big Playground for children - best for the people like me who are travelling with an infant or toddler. Overall it's a nice experience..

Excellent location midst mountains and greenery. The resort ambience gives nice feel of timber and provides many amenities for kids. Suggest you book pool villa for bigger group which is excellent. They have a man made waterfalls in the premises which is experience worthy.

We had a great experience staying here. The room and the food is really good. Especially we loved the breakfast. It was so delicious. The staffs were great, very kind and friendly. Overall the experience was really good and I'll definitely recommend this beautiful stay to my friends and family.
