Stayed for 2 days with family.. absolutely good service.. would like to thank you for Ananth and Teams they provided best services with any time Answer the call.. arranging local treeking and tour.. property located Near Anachal Junction and easy to access restaurant and Market .. Balcony and family rooms more spacious with nice view .. overall good experience for our family. Definitely recommended for family and groups

This place is not a resort. It's just a stay providing rooms and simple meals. I stayed there with some friends. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was very delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were willing to resolve any issues we had. They offer Jeep services to see the sites. The location is very disappointing. It is in the middle of a very busy street. There is a little parking space outside the building. It is far from the actual town. I recommend Casilda Munnar as an affordable place to keep your things and sleep while exploring Munnar.

Good rooms neat and clean. Particularly i have to mention about anand sir, very nice and kind person. We can't able to make two days stay due to personal reasons but sir is Good in service. Keep it up sir. Thank you casillda we will surely visit again and book here.
