Nest Resort Munnar

I recently spent 6 days at Nest Resort in Munnar, and it was an excellent experience. Mr. Joe Mathew, the owner, expertly planned my trip with a detailed itinerary, ensuring everything went smoothly. The peaceful environment of the resort added to the overall charm of my stay. The staff were polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The food was a highlight, served in a traditional Kerala style that truly captured the essence of the region. I highly recommend Nest Resort for anyone visiting Munnar!

I recently stayed at Nest Resort in Munnar and had a mostly pleasant experience. The room was spacious, with large windows throughout and a balcony that offered stunning views of the natural landscape. The hot water facility worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. There's no on-site restaurant, breakfast was available in the morning but in night we had to order from a nearby hotel that charged Rs. 100 for delivery over just 4 km, and the food quality was below average. Additionally, in the evening, there was a problem with insects, so it's best to keep all windows and the balcony door closed at night. Overall, a great stay for the views and room comfort, but be prepared for limited dining options and the evening insect issue.

Dirty Rooms, Dirty and used linens, No power back till 6 pm evening , worst Wi-Fi and no Wi-Fi when power is not there . No ventilation and you can not open the windows because of mosquitoes and there is no mesh on the windows . Hot water is for name sake. Stay on your risk. Be careful about fake 5 star paid review

The behavior is very sweet, friendly nature, coorporative, always tries to help, the manager is kind and what a beautiful view from the balcony of the rooms

Place was great, also staff is also just blanket they provided was not enough to stop the cold

The boys were courteous and helpful. The food was excellent and served on time and as requested. The location is excellent with accessibility for public transport also. The view is so beautiful. The individual balcony and the peaceful setting, interspersed with the sounds of various birds are really calming. Good place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Road safari was arranged by the resort and it was really fantastic.

Denied my check-in saying all online bookings are fraud. But still they have goibibo and TripAdvisor sticker on their door. Basically they try to get early bookings online but once they get more bookings for higher prices they deny check-in for the lower priced ones. Edit: They have replied to me thinking they can close the issue but there is no explanation for why they have goibibo logo on their door. Using online companies as per their convenience. When they don't get booking on their own they fall back on online companies, when they get bookings of their own, they deny online check-ins

Stay was delightful, the rooms were spacious and well maintained, each has a separate dining area outside. Can enjoy the scenic valley view . The food was homely and tasty, and the friendly and helpful staff members made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
