Had a peaceful stay here. The surroundings are lush and calming, and it's a good place to just breathe and relax. The food could use a bit more variety, but everything else was lovely

I stayed in this resort few weeks ago. Onsite staff were efficient and helpful. Rooms were clean, however there were lot of black bugs inside our room. It was unsafe to sleep in especially with my 10 month old baby. We had to cover our ears while sleeping at night. Another downside is most of the rooms are not children or elderly friendly as there are lot of stairs to climb. It was tiring as we had to climb up and down a lot of stairs during our time there.

Money minded management. Took two bookings simultaneously for the same time and date even though they assured us the full resort and privacy for our family get together. We booked over a month ago yet priority was given to the other part without considering us. The experience was very painful, and disappointing because the guests from the other wedding function kept invading our privacy even though the management promised us that this would not happen. The management also promised us that the other function would last for 3 hours but went on for 6 hours which resulted us being confined to one area of the resort even though we booked and paid for the whole space Even after lots of discussion the management showed zero empathy and lack of understanding of the situation. They cannot understand the customer's needs and only care about getting paid. The site staff was good, and provided us with our needs

The resort has potential however the management needs an overhaul. Double booking two big events at the expense of the guests. We booked this for an important and sentimental reason and it was much awaited with family flying in from all over the world and was booked months in advance. However we were then confined to a tiny area of the resort underground area with no view or amenities in order so the management could facilitate another party at the same time. We barely got to see the resort properly before we left and despite our attempts to be understanding and accommodation they repeatedly broke their promises running the other event til 10/11pm when they promised it would be over by 8:30pm. The ground staff that catered us was very kind and helpful and did their best. Wouldn't recommend. Many other resorts around that can treat you better
