The most important factor to rate any hotel is its room. Then comes the service and location. Initially itself it failed to live upto the expectations. The room was not at all maintained well. Especially the room 101. We got 108 room number and the lock was broken. Hence we shifted to 101 and there comes the nightmare. The room actually belongs to elders and the bathroom was smelly and broken accessories. Very poorly managed hotel. Coming to the restaurant. I have ordered the waste coffee of my life. Never ever try the restaurant here.

Never try Beef dry fry (waste of money) Abience was ok

We had a worst experience while conducting a family function. Very bad customer service during the function. Food was served very late and the guests were waiting in front of the buffet. Food refelling was also very much delayed. Waste management during the function was also really bad. No power backup.

This is a review for the restaurant alone. We visited the restaurant on our way back to Cochin. My wife and I ordered a chicken biriyani to share. My parents ordered fish curry meals. While the biriyani was pretty good, it had pineapple included which I didn't like at all. There was a smell of pineapple as well which again, I didn't like. I also had a lime soda which was pretty good. The final bill had additional items we had not ordered but it got resolved without difficulty. The owner was very proactive in telling us the place was understaffed on that day and was quite involved in making sure we had a good experience. Overall, it wasn't a particularly great experience but the owner taking initiative to make sure the customers had a good experience was something I appreciated.

We ordered chili chicken and chapati. There were many small pieces of stiff material which felt like plastic in the chilly chicken. On questioning the staff replied that it could be ground chilli or cinnamon sticks but it was neither of those. Terrible food, terrible service horrifying experience. Not recommended.

It was simple and clean. We stopped on highway for break. Tea and snacks ordered were served very quickly. Although we could not speak the same language but we could still order easily. The toilet or restroom is small but clean and well maintained when we visited. Place was very empty as it seems to be new and cleaning was being done. We visited around 11am on Tuesday. It's definitely good for a quick stop.

Extremely limited options, bad service and the worst part is we got a lot of shreds of a plastic-like material from the chilli chicken. The management was just beating around the bush for this. Bad experience and we're not even sure what substance that was... Would not recommend ever.
