At first, the hotel looks nice, but when you take a closer look, it's clear that hygiene is not a priority here. Our bed linens were simply not clean. Sorry, but this is basic, and no guest should have to experience that. It's shocking that such simple standards are ignored. Any professional hotel knows that bed linens must be washed at 90degC to kill germs and make them properly clean and white again. This is not optional, it's essential. The room was stinky! The whole place feels like it's being run without proper knowledge of hotel management and maintenance. It's frustrating because this place has so much potential. But it urgently needs someone who truly understands hospitality and can bring it up to standard. Right now, it's far from what it should be. I hope the staff and future guests get the experience they deserve, but I cannot recommend this hotel until serious changes are made.

Horrible Staff & Poor Cleanliness - Avoid This Place! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in helping guests. Every request was met with a bad attitude, and it felt like they were doing us a favor by just being there. To make things worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, with dust and stains everywhere. The bathroom had an awful smell, and it was clear that housekeeping was not doing their job properly. It was one of the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else

I organized my daughter's holy communion function at Sree Gokulam. I was really afraid about the food quality when functions are conducted at hotels and thus always avoid my functions at hotel.But to my surprise this hotel turned my function to a big sucess... Food was both good in quality and taste

Easily reachable location, decent rooms and very polite service professionals. The single thing is it's just on the side of the National Highway. One way it is good as easily reachable, the other side, it is a bit noisy outside. Excellent air-conditioned rooms with king size beds and extra clean big bathrooms.

Room was ok. But no Hot water available for bathing. We drained water for almost 15 - 20 mins and no warm water..

Nice and clean rooms, slightly compacted but doesnt matter. Has hotel attached and better compared to nearby hotel.
