Good for staying.. The rooms are pretty good, Don't expect more like a 2 star hotel. Just good for normal people.. (both bachelors and family can stay) couple friendly lodges. For one room with 2 pax it charges may come in between 500 to 650/- Small bathroom (for rooms & bathroom I post 4 ) For the location I post ( 5 ) Just 2 km from palliyakara toll towards chalakkudy route. (in service road) For restaurants nearby walkable distance 2 hotels & 1 cafe & 1 supermarket. At night time there are many thattu kada to have many kinds of nadan Kerala foods (like pork roast, chicken fry, parotta,coin dosa etc.) Average amount for food - 120 to 180/- (for 1 pax )

Worst lodge. Full of cockroaches. Drainage very smelly. Full of hair. Bed sheet and pillow not clean at all. Zero neatiness, cleanliness and customer service. Name got changed to SHAS AVENUE.

It is a couple friendly lodge ?

They had shifted to new place from May 2022 as the old place needed renovation. Now its new setup and affordable place to stay. Neat budget friendly rooms with excellent service.

Ac room rs 800/room,,u can keep small blanket & bedsheet..thats good

It's just a space .. Not that much secure for family couples.. If u r hanging out wth frnfs it's ok ok.. Otherwise opt for a better place.

I have opted for Ac at agoda rate but they allotted NON AC ROOM... high re
