The hotel is a good option to stay for the tourists and visitors for training or only for vising purposes in nearby working area. The best thing I liked is a very humble and cooperative owner and the staff. A clean kitchen platform with minimal arrangements of kitchen is provided which enable us to cook if wishes. It is calm and clean space. In all, a very good experience to stay with affordable pricing.

Real value for money. A neat and clean place where you can comfortably stay with your family. Attention is given for even minor details . The basic room also is equipped with LED TV , charging points , a decent table and chair to sit and work with your laptop. Clean washroom. The best part I liked is the bathroom slipper available. They have solved a bigger issue of carrying a pair of slippers while traveling. The management is very supportive and available for any help . Overall you get a homely feel even if you are traveling for the first time.

Loved the stay here. I chose single occupancy room. It was sufficient enough with all necessary features. I suggest this for the single extra person who would want to visit Rajagiri Hospital as it very close. It also has parking space. I was happy with the service provided and at reasonable rates.

The major positive of the place was the behavior of the staff which was very polite and they tended to all our requests.. otherwise the place is far from aluva town and the place is very small. The place was well maintained and hot water facilities was there. The major downfall was that the sheets were not clean but once it was pointed out they immediately changed them and provided us with new ones.

Best to stay. Very neat and safe place to stay. Staffs are friendly. It is just 2.5km away from ion digital zone kuttamaserry. I suggest for those who have exams early morning that you can come here and stay, fresh and go for exam from here. When I had reporting for 7: 30 -8: 30 am I done so. So that i could avoid long journey tiredness for exam

I was looking for an accommodation close to Rajagiri Hospital as my FIL was in ICU and found this gem of a place to stay at a very affordable price that too at 50% lesser cost than what the Hospital folks were charging me for a guest room. Just call the provided number and book your room instead of paying brokers or online platforms. The owner of this property, Mr Samir Bhai is very friendly and helpful, he is also a social worker in the vicinity. His staff were also very humble and the rooms very well maintained. Stayed here for almost 2 weeks and I had no regrets. Thanks Samir bhai for your hospitality and good luck to you...

Good experience, affordable price, good behaviour to customers, students who appears for exam in ion digital zone aluva can easily consider this hotel. Only the thing auto charges are very heavy. From the hotel 3.2km is far to college. For that autocharges was rs 160. Otherwise itis good hotel.
