Very good hotel stay. From junction it's walkable distance or you can reach by auto at 40 rupees from junction. Spacious and neat rooms

Room service is not good some door locks not working

Room costed me 1400 for AC room for 10 hours. Room condition was horrible. found cockroach and ants in bathroom door. full cigerate smells in corriders No toilet seat and after searching for 10 min found switch change phone was behind bed. dirty towels and pillows and bed was flattened. Bed will make you feel hot. non AC rooms will be worst decision. it's ok for alone or with friends. Not recommended to family

Stayed with a couple of friends. It is difficult to get clean rooms like this, that's close to the Railway Station. Quite welcoming, excellent ambience and most of all, friendly and courteous staff members. I would personally recommend them to anyone who wants a pleasant stay at Aluva.

A nice accommodation. I don't see any big negatives here. In the beginning I was a big sceptical, because it is so close to Aluva station & Bus stand, and you usually don't get quality stays in your budget in such locations. But after checking in, I was surprised to see the cleanliness. You don't get a very big room, but it is decent in size and well ventilated, and the bathroom is super clean. You can all amenities right at your doorstep because of its location advantage (500m walkable distance from Aluva station). Staff behaviour is cool. Overall, highly recommended at a budget price.

Now a days rooms are very bad not cleaned

If you want a room for just staying 1 or 2 days it is ok .I stayed with my friends four 1 day and they charged me 2000 for 5 persons. The washroom was pretty good and clean. The only disadvantage is that they won't provide bottles waters for drinking we need to go and get it

Sagar avenue hotel is very neat and clean , our stay is very short time - still we enjoyed ,stayed over night for next day drop in Nedumbasserry Airport, this Hotel stay is very convenient for a passenger traveling through cochin Airport - thanks a lot Mr Safeer
