Absolutely loved my stay at Ozone Hotels! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional -friendly staff, smooth check-in, and a warm welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the quiet ambiance and the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Had a fantastic stay at ozone ! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to everything I needed. Loved the ambience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This being a business class hotel and a new set up ,had a lot of flaws. 1) No hot water either in the morning or in the night 2) Fan regulator was.not working only maximum speed the fan was on. 3) No Dental kit or Shaving kit. I mean my issue is with the pricing if you want to charge a premium for deluxe room then you need to upkeep the room like that too ,to command that pricing. Very very unhappy. Overall the stay was not something I would want to remember, usually hoteliers try to make there stay memorable ,this one i would rather forget. I was staying in room 205. So yeah best of luck with your choice.

I wish to formally report this matter to the property owner or proprietor. I booked the hotel room for 1500 plus GST through Goibibo. Upon requesting an extension the following day, and after verifying the online price remained unchanged at 1500 plus GST, I proceeded to the reception to pay directly. After a short wait, I was quoted 3000 inclusive of GST. When I pointed out the online price discrepancy, I was asked to recheck, which confirmed the 1500 plus GST rate. However, the payment system displayed 3000 inclusive of GST. I believe the price was inflated while I waited at the reception. The payment was not processed at the scheduled time; I waited until after 7:30 PM, at which point the price remained unchanged from the previous day (1500 plus GST). This is unacceptable customer service and detrimental to your future business prospects. A price of 3000 would be acceptable, given the quality of the facilities and services provided.
