My recent experience with JJ Homes left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite having made a confirmed booking, the hotel cancelled our reservation without any prior notification, leaving us stranded and scrambling for alternative accommodations. The lack of communication from JJ Homes was shocking and unprofessional. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that our rooms had been allotted to someone else, and we were bluntly told to seek accommodation elsewhere. This abrupt cancellation not only inconvenienced us but also displayed a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. The manager/owner at JJ Homes demonstrated a stunning lack of empathy and responsibility. Instead of offering solutions or assistance, they callously suggested we look elsewhere for rooms. Such a dismissive attitude is entirely unacceptable, especially when guests are left stranded due to the hotel's failure to honor a confirmed reservation. The whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths, tarnishing our perception of JJ Homes. Trust and reliability are essential elements of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, JJ Homes failed miserably on both fronts. I strongly caution potential guests to think twice before considering JJ Homes for their accommodations. There are numerous other hotels in the area that prioritize customer service and uphold their commitments - qualities that seem to be sorely lacking at JJ Homes.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner,we had a confirmed booking which they refused to honour. The rooms we booked were sold to someone else and we were left stranded without any rooms during the height of the holiday season. The owner didn't even bother to suggest any alternatives when we had a 3year old baby with us q and we were left to fend for ourselves. We had a very hard time finding an alternative. This kind of behaviour is not expected from someone in the hospitality industry. Totally bad experience.

We booked what was promised to be a 3BHK independent house through an agent for a 2-day stay, expecting a private and comfortable experience. However, the reality was completely different and extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted not by a host, but by an elderly couple who were already living in the same house. This was never disclosed during the booking process. From the moment we stepped in, the elderly man behaved in a very suspicious and unwelcoming manner. He constantly stared at us, gave us weird looks, and began lecturing us with an endless list of unreasonable rules, such as what not to do, how to behave, and where to go -- all in a harsh and impolite tone. To make matters worse, they refused to give us a proper home tour and kept demanding the remaining payment even before we had settled in, again in an aggressive manner. It was only after some time that they casually mentioned they would also be staying in the same house during our stay. This was shocking to us, as we had been assured of an independent, private property. When we contacted the agent to raise our concerns, hoping for support or a resolution, we were met with the same rude attitude. The agent simply said, "It's like that only," showing no concern or professionalism. Feeling completely misled, unsafe, and uncomfortable, we decided to leave immediately. At that point, the elderly couple began shouting at us, adding to the already unpleasant experience. This was not just a poor experience--it felt like a scam. The listing was completely misleading, there was zero privacy, and the hospitality was non-existent. If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and respectful stay, avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth the money, and you'll be left feeling cheated and disrespected. We hope our experience helps others avoid going through what we did.
