Grand residency

Not a good room... Prise is high... No propper ventilation is room...verey hot climate in this room..

Worst ever seen rooms, I request you people's don't take rooms hers (grand residency). * No hot water facility no proper ventilation and customer interaction is very worst. * We came from Karnataka we don't know language so he charged more compair to other rooms. * And I request just one hour extra as my train is at 11:00 and my vacant time is at 6:00. I requested to leave at 7:00 he said Rs 300/- for extra. Really horrible please I request you people don't take rooms.

Good condition Single Non A\C Room no.1 If I visit Aluva Again Definitely stay here..... Thanks for your Hospitality

Nice but sometime no hot water at bathroom

The location is not good, the room is very bad and I can't fault the staff
