We hosted our son's First Holy Communion celebration at the Mari Gold Banquet Hall on 04.05.2025, and it was a truly memorable experience. The seamless blend of exceptional service, a beautiful venue, and a delicious buffet lunch made our special day even more meaningful. The banquet hall itself was charming and created a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. The layout was perfect for socializing, and the spacious seating arrangements ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the event. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Justin Joseph for his outstanding support. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive for taking the time to understand our preferences and offering thoughtful suggestions that shaped the buffet menu perfectly. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their hospitality and dedication.

Good food, excellent and efficient service by Flora Charishma Residency (FCR). Attended an iftar get-together at Oberon Mall where food and other arrangements were taken care by FCR. I must say that the quality of food and service was worth mentioning. They were attentive to all aspects of the event. Nothing negative to point out....

We stayed here for one night before going to the airport. We had a fantastic stay. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The room was spacious and contained all the amenities you need. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The service from all of the staff was amazing! Highly recommend!

I just booked randomly online and at first I was not so sure as I have never stayed or heard about this hotel before. But from the moment I entered, the experience was good. The rooms are spacious but need a bit of cleaning. The food is very tasty. The staff are so well mannered, right from security the front office, kitchen and house keeping teams. They all have one goal and that's guest delight. You can blindly book a stay here.

One of the best places to stay. Dhanish and Joseph were very friendly and always made sure the best was provided . I do not remember the names of staff else would have included as thier hospitality is simply unmatched. The location is central , safe with easy access to local markets. The food and breakfast is also amazing. They made every effort to make our trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend the place for both business and pleasure.

Visited Rainfall restaurant for lunch with family, and I must say, it was an great experience! We ordered the biryani, and it was absolutely delicious.|Exceptional service with the staff being courteous and attentive throughout. A special shoutout to Keerthana and Shoby for their warm and friendly hospitality|Thank for great service! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed there a few days ago. But only now I am able to write a review. My stay was really wonderful. The rooms and breakfast were good. I really appreciate the restaurant team Mr. Jestin, Ms. Aishwarya and Mr. Shoby Also the reception team Mr. David, Ms. Aswathy and especially the night guy Mr. Akshay. They know how to deal with a guest very well. I really appreciate their hospitality and dedication towards the job.

Decent hotel about 20 minutes drive from the airport. We arrived late in the night and check in went smoothly. Rooms are ok; comfy bed, hot water, amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and tasty. All round a good option for a night.
