Elegant River Front Villa

Rating it only 5 stars because 5 is the highest rating. Wow!!! What a superb property it is. It's even beautiful than seen in the pictures. The villa has direct access to the river. It's full lush greenery. The highlight of the property is the Host Mr Anil. He's a real Gem . We stayed at the property for 2 days in our trip to Shabarimala. He arranged us every necessary things . He has solution for all your needs. The property is arround 15mins from Cochin Airport. Cabs are easily available from the property. It's a best stay near to the CIAL. Our Shabarimala trip cab person Mr Varghese (Innova) was a very humble and jolly person , He made our trip more safe and happy.. It's always better to stay here as it's well connectivity and best part is the best rate of the property. All the 4 bedrooms are very clean & spacious and have neat washroom also. Overall it was a very fantastic stay. Thanks alot Anil Ettan.

This villa is completely surrounded by nature. You have a river front, lush greenery, can hear peacock squawks. The villa is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The owner is courteous and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you are travelling as a group.

Excellent place for a get together. All the rooms are very good and neatly maintained. The only issue is that no food is available. But the caretaker arranged homely breakfast, which was also excellent. If we are ready to cook, all facilities are available. Overall very good facilities

Beautiful villa with good sized clean rooms.. Anilji is very helpful owner, we could always count on him for his local knowledge.. Highly recommended for peace loving people. Also, close to airport and in centre of kochin downtown n Atharapilly waterfall so I found it strategically located

We booked this house through Airbnb and had a very pleasant stay here. Very spacious and right by the river. The owner also arranged for home cooked food for us from one of his relatives. The owner dropped by in the morning and was very helpful.

Amazing place to spend your Holidays with your family to enjoy the Greenery of Kerala. The Nearby Airport also makes it apt for the midnight stay to catch the morning flight.

Very nice place. Amazing villa. Near to airport. Laundry, wifi, kitchen everything is included. Garden is in backyard and then there is river that looks elegant.

Quiet beautiful house tucked away in a serene atmosphere. A must visit. Also highly recommend the home cooked meals prepared by Mini Chechi, a local chef/caterer who lives very close by.
