I had an amazing stay at [Itsy Hotels Dew Dreams ,Aluva ] The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Will definitely visit again!

Room is gud one. Well furnished but not clean enough. Need improvement in cleanliness and TV in the room had complaint. Location is not that much good. In the building only3rd and 4th floor are allocated to hotel. Not having g restaurant.. But they complimentary breakfast which will be served in the 4th floor lobby. Advisable only for solo travelers and not recommended for family.

Rooms are literally very well maintained, Had few minor issues but it was manageable. The primary problem was it was not like a hotel, it was like a lodge in a building and 2 floors for the Itsy. The location is fine, not very nice and not bad as well. A metro station is there at a distance of 1.2 km. Breakfast is also okay

Worst Administration & Customer Service! I intended to book two rooms for four adults but mistakenly selected two adults while booking on MakeMyTrip (MMT). After making the payment, we arrived at the hotel for check-in, only to be told that we needed to pay an additional 500 to accommodate the remaining two adults. Despite explaining the mistake, the receptionist was extremely rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. Instead of addressing our concerns, he ignored our questions and continued his work as if we didn't exist. Even when we agreed to pay the extra amount, he refused to accept it and asked us to contact MMT customer care. We reached out to MMT support, and they coordinated with the property owner to allow the additional guests upon payment. However, when I informed the receptionist, he denied receiving any calls and outright refused to check us in! When we requested the owner's contact details, he declined to share them and continued ignoring us. We were left waiting for nearly an hour at the reception with no solution. In complete frustration, we even asked him to at least provide the two rooms for two adults as per our booking, but he continued to ignore us completely, looking at us blankly like he didn't care at all. Such a horrible experience! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Avoid this lodge at all costs! Do not book through MMT unless you want to deal with such mismanagement!

Worst staff ever. Entered my room without my permission and handled our luggage when we were not in the premises. When asked why the staff gave arrogant and rude replies. Never trust this hotel and their staff. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

The room was quite and have a small balcony with a good view. It is easily accessible from the Aluva railway station. The service were nice. They allowed us to do early check-in. Some of the switches and toilet equipments needs repair. The management is planning to renovate or repair the room at the end of August 2024.
