The property was small but beautiful well maintain.Shapp food Restorant was very good very testy food. restorant staff also nice very friendly. And Room service also good.Morning breakfast aslo including my package. Food was very good. i would definitely like to go again.. thank you all

Very bad hospitality of the reception staff. He behaved so rudely with us when we asked if we can have a look at the room before we check in. It was 4 am in the morning and had our baby with us. We just wanted to ensure that the room is clean and hygiene enough. He said it is not his policy to show the rooms. He finally said he is not interested in talking to us. With my old parents and the baby, we had to roam around in wee hours searching for a room. These guys should know what it requires to be in the hospitality industry.

Worst hotel I have never seen in my life. Staff is very rude and they need money to get words out of there mouth..

Worst. If i had an option of giving zero start i would have given that. Unfortunately i m forced to give 1 star. Worst room Worst breakfast No hot water in bathroom. they said running hot water.when called up the reception a boy came running with hot water in bucket that is running hot water

Dear Traveller Becareful with this hotel (despite very close to railway station) The guys in reception (all of them) are hardcore cheaters I took non/AC room on 1st Oct 17 night and while checking out he charged me for A/C and I couldn't argue as I was rushing to catch train ; He never showed any compassion to help is find near by bus station or restaurant ; he just looked at us like rats , for him his confidence is his hotel is close to railway station and he will get people anytime These guys don't deserve to be in hospitality industry don't know how to talk or behave , they just know how to loot you , Ignore this hotel and stay roadside with pride

Never ever go there terribly danger even for local people for beer

Restaurant is neat good food , near to Aluva railway station.No proper parking space
