XOLA Heritage

The rooms were really clean and spacious. It's a great place for family or friends to gather. We especially loved the terrace - perfect for having a party and just enjoying ourselves. Definitely recommend it!

The property looks very nice from the outside, and we were initially impressed. However, there were many boys constantly sitting and playing games right in front of the building, which made us uncomfortable and unable to use the balcony -- even after paying extra for a balcony room. Additionally, the toilet was leaking, which was quite disappointing.

Xola Heritage is a remarkable find in Alappuzha, offering a beautifully designed property just under a kilometer from the beach. One of the best places i have ever stayed. A property that resurrects the past of allapuzha. Located walkable from the beach, the canal and lighthouse. We were a group of 15 and i must say we felt home! The hosts were very friendly and helpful for all our needs. Thank you so much Xolo for making it easy for us!

We had a stay at the odd hours. We arrived pretty late but the staff Ripeesh was extremely supportive. He kindly helped us with the breakfast too. I highly recommend the place. It is tucked in a quiet serene place not so far from Punamadda. The place still carries the history of the owners. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel or a home away from home. Cola heritage is for you.

Owner super friendly . The person from odissa is great good rooms with heritage wibe . Location 200 m from beach and lighthouse. But only cons about the place is its location , veg restaurants are 2 km far you have to walk 400 to 500 m to find rickshaw. If he builts one later in future that will be good. Also place for youngster to hangout is nearby so people smoking around almost whole day . Not recommend for group of ladies alone if gents together then its ok .

Loved how the old and new was intricately woven together, in terms of decor, style and architecture. Location and the proximity to beach is an added advantage. Overall the experience was great, with the staff being absolute sweethearts.
